Nicaragua Matagalpa

A smooth, rich washed coffee with comforting notes of chocolate and nuts, lifted by a gentle citrus brightness. Balanced, easy drinking and versatile enough for both espresso and filter. Redber lists the green coffee with flavour notes of chocolate, nuts and citrus, and their roasted version as chocolate, orange and nuts.
